A Discovery Call is a quick 15-minute phone call helps us understand your goals and determine if we are a good fit for each other. No strings attached—just an honest conversation and clarity.

When booking a discovery call, we ask that you complete a brief application form and submit a copy of your insurance cards. This allows us to be fully prepared for our conversation. Once we receive these, you’ll get a link to schedule your 15-minute time slot.
During your discovery call, you’ll chat with either Kayley or her program manager in a quick, no-strings-attached phone conversation. We’ll explore your goals, identify any gaps holding you back, and determine whether our Ditch the Diet program could be a great fit for both of us.

Our team consists of Registered Dietitians specially trained in functional nutrition, with three of our dietitians having over 20 years of experience each in functional nutrition and weight loss. We don’t guess— unlike generic online programs, we stop the guesswork and deliver real, sustainable results built for your body and life.
We also have a Licenced Professional Counselor on our team and the clients who utilize that added option truly experience transformation they never thought they could achieve.

Our coaching programs range from 6-8 month commitments, depending on your weight loss goals. Many of our clients continue to work with us beyond their initial program commitment also!

We currently accept BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
Our Jumpstart program is 100% covered by insurance*, while our Signature program is a hybrid between insurance and an out-of-pocket investment.
If you do not have any of these insurance plans all of our options are still available at the cash-pay price.
We take take HSA/FSA cards and Care Credit.
Our Jumpstart program requires a one-time $79 onboarding fee. -
Diet programs are a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone follows the same meal plans or guidelines. And it may work for some. But it won’t work for everyone.
We take the opposite approach - a completely personalized strategy for everyone. Every person is unique, from their metabolism to their lifestyle, so we work closely with each individual to create a personalized weight loss plan tailored to their specific goals.
