The first step to change is Awareness. Awareness is a critical element of change – if you don’t know where you are, it’s hard to make a roadmap to get anywhere else. Fear and discomfort are inevitable, so the goal is to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. In this first phase of the program, we focus on hunger cues, portions, relationship to food, water intake, and other habits.

There is a popular quote stating “What you measure, improves”. In month two, we are going to dial in on Accuracy. In this stage, we are not only going to look at quantity, but also quality. During the next phase, we will hone in on the calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients of what you’re consuming. At this point, we will run your Baseline Metabolic labs to develop a more precise nutrition strategy.
We are going to put your awareness and accuracy on autopilot in order to build sustainable, Accelerated results. We will run Advanced Functional lab testing that is picked out specifically for you. In the last phase of the program, you’ll work on solidifying meal plans, implementing lab and supplement protocols, and learning more advanced weight loss tools.
