Hey, I’m Kayley!

I’m an anti-diet dietitian with a passion for women’s weight loss.

After running my own meal prep company based in Houston for two years, I switched gears to online coaching. In 2019, I launched my signature Ditch the Diet coaching program to help busy women lose weight without restrictive eating.

Now my team and I have helped over 450 women boost their confidence, build sustainable habits, and transform their health + lifestyle once and for all.

When I’m not hustling with my business, you can catch me planning my next vacation around the world (I’ve been to every continent except Antarctica!).

Hi, I’m Coach Deb!

Deb Orosz, MS, CNS, C.D.-N., E-RYT500 holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition with Integrative Health and Herbal Medicine and is a board certified and licensed dietitian/nutritionist.

Nutrition, yoga, and exercise (especially running) have been essential in Deb’s own life and she loves to show others the possibilities. Deb is a 500 hour master level yoga teacher and believes in the power of mindfulness and body kindness.

Deb is able to intuitively guide clients with compassion and understanding and to achieve wellness goals. She believes in the power of nutrition, yoga, and lifestyle to heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Deb specializes in working with clients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid health, food sensitivities, and gut health.

Hey there, I’m Coach Laura!

As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion, I have experience working with individuals, families, health professionals and community partners to positively influence health outcomes. My passion is helping individuals reach an optimal level of wellness, which transforms into a healthy and fulfilling life. I encourage clients to dig deep so the full realization of their personal wellness journey becomes a lifestyle.

On Saturdays, you can find me shopping for produce at my local farmers market and enjoying a state park hike with my family!

Laura specializes in working with clients with gut imbalances, intuitive eating, and family-focused health.

Hello, I’m Meg!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with clients for 14 years. I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples, families and children. My work has exposed me to many different communities and people across all walks of life.
I wholeheartedly believe that counseling is not prescriptive. I endeavor to meet each client where they are at and support them to achieve their current therapeutic goals. I am passionate about health and wellbeing and believe we are our best selves when both body and mind are healthy.
I absolutely love to be outdoors whenever I can. I am an avid runner and love a good book. I also enjoy baking cakes and other baked goods for friends and family.

Hey, I’m Coach Bailey!

I am a Registered Dietitian with training through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and am specialized in gut health. My goal is to work alongside women and empower them to live their most vibrant and healthy life - all while operating from a weight they are happy with.
I live in Alabama with my husband and two pups! I speak Spanish intermediately, love dancing, and hiking, and connecting with others. Working with me will be a combination of tough love, laughter, connection, empathy, and overall being your #1 fan and cheerleader!

Hi, I’m Coach Blakely!

I am a Registered Dietitian working in functional medicine/holistic health for over 16 years. I love making functional/root-cause nutrition accessible to everyone so they can understand their body and have the health they need for the life they want. I am a working mom of 2 daughters and understand the challenges in up-leveling your own health while caring for your family, maintaining meaningful connections with those you love, and excelling in your work.

For play and rest, I love cooking beautiful gluten-free food for those who can’t believe it is gluten-free 🙂, taking Sunday afternoon naps, reading historical fiction, taking long walks with my family, and admittedly watching too much TV.

Hello, I’m Courtney!

I hold a Master of Social Work from VCU and have been working with clients for over six years. As a therapist, I foster a non-judgmental relationship with my clients where they feel safe to be themselves. I adapt my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on mindset shifts and bringing mindfulness to emotions in order to learn emotional regulation skills. As a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, I use the Enneagram to help clients foster self-awareness. In my free time, I love to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy long talks with friends, morning coffee, and books.

With nearly a decade of experience as a health coach, Nikki has developed the unique ability to blend professionalism and friendship, thereby creating an atmosphere of understanding that helps her clients achieve maximum results.

The cornerstones of Nikki Wellness are empathy, enthusiasm and education, as Nikki connects with her clients on an authentically deep and individual level, while also adhering to the tenets of being a certified health coach, personal trainer and mother of three.

As each of her clients will attest, Nikki finds that special way to “break through” and instill trust in everyone that works with her.
