Costco is your go-to bulk grocery store, but it can be a little overwhelming if you don’t know where to start. This wholesale grocery store offers you your items in bulk which relieves you of always having to go to the grocery store. From fresh produce to household cleaning items, this store covers all your needs. Costco offers so many healthy brands for you to find the best one for you! There are so many products to choose from in their giant warehouse stores, so this article breaks down dietitian-approved products to get you started! 

Dairy

  • Califia Farms Barista Blend Oat milk: This product is great to use with your coffee in the morning or even by itself. This milk has North American grown Oats without any kind of gum or stabilizers, giving it a clean blend that helps you feel good in the morning! This is also dairy free and plant based crafted for you!

  • Kirkland organic Greek yogurt: This yogurt is thick, creamy, and oh so satisfying! You can pair pretty much anything you want with this product.
