What’s the 1:3:5 Coaching Method?
One
In contrast to the overwhelm that typically accompanies diet culture, we decided to flip the script and start small. One stands for removing one bad habit in your life that isn’t serving you + adding one good habit that you’re needing. We start with easy stepping stones that set you up for future successes.
Three
We follow your weight and health journey through three phases: shift, stop, and sustain. Shifts are the incremental habit changes that build your long-term lifestyle. Stops, also known as plateaus, are a natural part of the journey that we navigate through. Sustaining, the final phase, ensures that you never fall back into old patterns again.
Five
While we are biased towards nutrition, we strive for holistic health transformation. We outline five pillars of habit changes: mindset, food, drinks, movement, and lifestyle. During our 1:1 coaching sessions, we evaluate small steps to improve in each of these five pillars.
