I’m an anti-diet Dietitian with a passion for women’s weight loss.
After running my own meal prep company based in Houston for two years, I switched gears to online coaching. In 2019, I launched my signature Ditch the Diet coaching program to help busy women lose weight without restrictive eating.
Now my team and I have helped over 600 women boost their confidence, build sustainable habits, and transform their health + lifestyle once and for all.
When I’m not hustling with my business, you can catch me planning my next vacation around the world (I’ve been to every continent except Antarctica!).

Lead Dietitian/Integrator
I am a Registered Dietitian working in functional medicine/holistic health for over 16 years. I love making functional, root-cause nutrition accessible to everyone so they can understand their body and have the health they need for the life they want. I am a working mom of two daughters and understand the challenges in up-leveling your own health while caring for your family, maintaining meaningful connections with those you love, and excelling in your work.
For play and rest, I love cooking beautiful gluten-free food for those who can’t believe it is gluten-free 🙂, taking Sunday afternoon naps, reading historical fiction, taking long walks with my family, and admittedly watching too much TV.
Becky Bell, MS, RD, LD
I’m a Registered Dietitian with advanced training from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and 16 years of experience. I’m also a pastor’s wife, mom of three, and passionate wellness advocate!
I’m on a mission to push back the noise of the diet industry and empower women to feel amazing in their bodies, without all the food rules and restrictions.
I currently live in Colorado, where I love hiking and exploring the outdoors with my family, reading, cooking, and trying out Denver restaurants.
Lindsay O’Rielly, RD, LD
I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, and I’ve had the privilege of working with many people, helping them feel better, have more energy, and truly understand how food impacts their health.
I believe that when you understand your body and how nutrition plays a role in your overall health, you’re empowered to make lasting changes that feel natural and achievable. I love breaking down complex health topics into simple, practical steps that fit into everyday life.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, watching my son play baseball, reading a good book, or traveling.
